6 tangkai cili merah(di tumbuk kasar)
6 ulas bawang merah atau 2 labu bawang besar (ditumbuk kasar)
5 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk kasar)
¼ kg udang basah
Garam secukup rasa
1 senduk minyak penumis
Cara:
Bendi dibasuhkan dan toskan. Apabila kering, potong serong-serong. Panaskan kuali dan tumis bahan-bahan tumbuk hingga garing. Campurkan udang dan garam lalu goreng hinnga setengah masak. Masukkan bendi dan kacau sebentar. Tutup kuali dua minit lalu angkat.
