Bahan-Bahan:
1 cawan tepung gandum
½ cawan tepung jagung
¼ cawan gula halus
6 camca besar majerin		 1 biji telur
2-3 camca besar susu cair
kurma dibelah empat
secubit garam
Cara:
Pukul gula dan mentega hingga kembang, masukkan telur dan kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung jagung yang telah diayak terlebih dahulu berselang-seli dengan susu. Jika adunan lembik, masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Ambil sejemput adunan dan leperkan, letakkan belahan buah kurma, bungkus adunan kemudian letakkan di dalam acuan berlenser. Sapu kuning telur dan atur buah badam potong, bakar dengan api yang sederhana hingga kekuningan.
