1 biji bawang besar (potong dadu)
20 biji cili padi (ditumbuk lumat)
setengah cawan air asam jawa
sedikit garam
sedikit gula(secukup rasa)
Cara:
campurkan kesemua bahan diatas dan kacau hingga sebati
Cadangan Hidangan:
sedap untuk dimakan bersama ikan bakar
Tambahan:
pastikan air suam diguna untuk air asam jawa dan jangan terlalu cair
