Bahan-Bahan:
4 ekor ketam (dibersihkan dan dibelah dua)
2 sudu besar serbuk rendang (dibancuh sedikit air)
4 sudu besar kerisik (ikut citarasa)
3 biji bawang merah ditumbuk
3 biji bawang putih ditumbuk
2 sm halia diketuk
1 batang serai diketuk
3 keping asam keping		 ½ tin susu cair
½ cawan air
sedikit garam
sedikit serbuk pati ayam knorr
sedikit hirisan daun limau purut
minyak untuk menumis
Cara:
Ketam dibersihkan dan dipotong dua mengikut suka.

Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan serai hingga wangi. Masukkan bancuhan serbuk rendang dan tumis.

Kemudian masukkan ketam, air, susu cair dan asam keping. Masak hingga ketam separuh masak.

Masukkan kerisik dan hirisan daun limau purut. Kacau sebati.

Masukkan serbuk pati ayam knorr dan garam mengikut rasa. Kacau dan biarkan sekejap sebelum siap dihidang.
