Bahan-Bahan:
500 gm tepung gandum
Sebesar ibu jari yis basah
cawan gula merah, dimasak dan tapis
cawan gula pasir
4 cawan air
Cara:
Bancuh yis bersama air hingga yis hancur. Masukkan kedua-dua jenis gula dan kacau sebati. Masukkan tepung dan kacau rata supaya tepung tidak berketul-ketul. Jika terlalu pekat, tambah sedikit lagi air. Tutup bekas dan biar selama sejam. Adunan akan naik tiga kali ganda. Sapu acuan dengan minyak dan panaskan di dalam kukusan. Tuang adunan dan kukus hingga masak. Sedap dimakan bersama kelapa parut yang dicampur sedikit garam.
