Bahan-Bahan:
250 gm daging tidak berlemak
250 ml air
sudu kecil garam
1 / 2 titik air limau
Sedikit lada sulah
Cara:
Sediakan daging. Basuh daging serta buangkan semua lemaknya. Hiris daging halus-halus (dipotong melintang). Campurkan daging dengan 250 ml air, air limau serta garam di dalam mangkuk & biarkan selama 1/2 jam. Sediaka air daging. Tuang campuran ke dalam periuk & kacau di atas api yang kecil. Apabila air bertukar warna, angkat periuk dari dapur & tapis air rebusan ke dalam mangkuk sup. Hidangkan air daging semasa panas dengan dibubuh sedikit lada sulah.
