600 ml anchor cream (whipping cream)
Cara:
1. cairkan chocolate menggunakan cara double boiling sehingga cair.
2. masukan butter dan anchor cream bersama sama, kacau sehingga larut dan sebati.
Cadangan Hidangan:
sesuai untuk chocolate cake topping atau cake glace. paling sesuai untuk chocolate moist cake topping/aising
