Cara:
Basuhkan ikan tadi dan potong mengikut selera.rebus ikan bersama bawang putih,lengkuas,cili padi dan sedikit belacan.biar naik baunya.kemudian,masukkan air dan biarkan mendidih.akhir sekali,masukkan garam dan serbuk perasa.
