1 peket agarČ (perasa ikut suka)
1 tin mixed fruit
Whipped cream
1 cawan custard
4 cawan air
2 sudu besar gula pasir
Cara:
* Untuk Custard *
- Campurkan tepung custard dan air.
- Masak atas api perlahanČ
- Masukkan gula
- Masak sehigga custard agak pekat

*Untuk AgarČ*
- Campurkan sepeket agarČ dengan air yg panas.

- Susun kek yg dah dipotong dalam mangkuk
- renjiskan sedikit dengan air buah dalam tin
- Tuangkan custard yang dah siap dimasak atas kek (ikut selera nak berapa banyak)
- Bila custard dah hampir set, tuang agarČ di atas custard
- Last sekali, pancitkan whipped cream atas agarČ
- Kemudian, sumbat dalam peti sejuk
Cadangan Hidangan:
- Lagi elok kalau guna mangkuk lutsinar yang tinggi, baru nampak dier punyer tingkat
- Mixed fruit tu, boleh letak bila kiter nak dah scoop triffle tu untuk di makan. Nyum! Nyum!
