Bahan-Bahan:
200 ml jus limau
500 mll jus plum
biji bawang besar
10 biji cili padi
4 camca teh perasa tom yam
ekor ayam
5 ulas bawang putih, dicincang halus
biji mangga yang telah dihiris halus
Cara:
Goreng ayam dalam minyak yang banyak.

Kisarkan jus limau, jus plum, bawang besar, cili padi, perasa tom yam dan bawang putih.

Setelah lumat, tuangkan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar itu ke atas ayam yang telah digoreng tadi. Kemudian, taburkan mangga yang telah dihiris halus.
