Bahan-Bahan:
220 gm mentega
2 biji telur
220 gm keju parut
200 gm tepung berserbuk penaik
200 gm tepung serbaguna		 5 biji bawang merah (dihiris dan digoreng)
Garam
Serbuk lada sulah
Sedikit susu segar
Cara:
Putar mentega bersama telur hingga sebati. Masukkan semua bahan lain dan uli adunan hingga lembut.

Canai dan potong adunan seperti jejari. Susun di dalam dulang. Sapu sedikit susu segar di atasnya.

Bakar selama 15 minit pada suhu 180 darjah Celcius.
