Bahan-Bahan:
185 gm mentega
1 camca teh esen vanila
½ cawan gula aising		 1 cawan tepung berserbuk penaik
1 cawan tepung gandum
Cara:
Putar mentega bersama esen vanila dan gula aising hingga putih.

Masukkan kedua-dua tepung yang diayak, kacau hingga sebati.

Ambil sedikit adunan, gentel bulat dan tekan menggunakan garpu. Bakar selama 15 minit pada suhu 175 darjah Celcius hingga kekuningan.
