Bahan-Bahan:
1 batang lobak merah
3 biji bawang besar
3 biji cili
Gula
Garam
1 batang timun
biji kubis
3 sudu besar cuka
Cara:
Buangkan kulit lobak dan potong tiga atau empat. Belah memanjang. Timun juga begitu. Buang tulang dan belah macam lobak. Hiris nipis kubis. Hiris cili dan bawang besar membulat. Campurkan semuanya ke dalam bekas. Masukkan cuka, gula dan garam. Gaul rata. Sedap dimakan setelah sejam atau dua jam selepas itu bersama nasi dagang.
