Bahan-Bahan:
900 g beras (basuh dan toskan)
2 biji kelapa parut
5 sm halia
1 batang serai
1 helai daun limau purut
2 biji buah pelaga
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 biji telur (didadar)
Bahan giling:
2 sudu besar ketumbar
1 sudu teh jibtan manis
1 sudu teh jintan putih
1 sudu teh lada hitam
2 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
Sedikit garam
Cara:
Kelapa diperah ambil santan secukupnya untuk masak nasi. Masukkan rempah-rempah , daun limau purut, halia, serai serta bahan giling dan masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan beras dan masaklah hingga tanak nasinya. Taburkan telur dadar diatasnya bila menghidang.
