Bahan-Bahan:
5 ekor udang besar
2 labu bawang besar
5 ulas bawang merah		 Sedikit kacang peas
Sebiji tomato
Garam serta serbuk perasa secukupnya
Cara:
Udang dibersihkan kemudian digoreng hingga masak diangkat. Bawang merah ditumbuk halus, tomato dibelah nipis-nipis. Bawang besar dimayang. Panaskan minyak kemudian tumiskan bawang merah, masukkan kacang peas, bawang besar serta buah tomato. Akhir sekali masukkan udang dan tambah garam, gula serta perasa secukup rasa. Setelah itu bolehlah diangkat untuk dihidangkan.
