Bahan-Bahan:
150 gm daging lembu
2.5 sm halia muda
6 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk hingga
lumat		 Sedikit tepung
Garam serta serbuk perasa secukupnya
Cara:
Daging dipotong nipis-nipis dibasuh serta toskan airnya. Halia dibersihkan dan dipotong nipis-nipis. Panaskan sedikit minyak kemudian tumiskan bawang putih tadi, setelah itu masukkan daging serta halia dan gorenglah sehingga masak. Bancuhkan sedikit tepung jagung dengan air kemudian tuangkan ke dalam gorengan daging, tambah garam serta serbuk perasa secukupnya. Bila daging telah masak dan empuk bolehlah diangkat untuk dihidangkan.
