Kerabu Sotong Dan Mangga 10.00

Bahan-Bahan:
2 biji mangga muda
200 gm sotong
1 biji limau nipis (diperah jusnya)
1 labu bawang besar (dimayang)
5 tangkai cili merah (dimayang)		 1 tangkai daun ketumbar (dipotong kasar)
100 gm tauge hijau
½ sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah
Garam & gula secukup rasa
Cara:
Mangga dibuang kulit kemudian dicincang halus. Sotong dibersihkan sebelum dipotong dadu & ditoskan, kemudian dimasak dalam mangkuk dengan kuasa high selama 4 minit. Akhir sekali gaulkan mangga, sotong & kesemua bahan di atas & kerabu siap untuk dihidangkan.
