Bahan-Bahan:
1 tin susu beras
1 ½ tin susu air
¾ cawan minyak kacang
1 sudu besar kacang tanah		 1 sudu besar udang kering
6 ulas bawang merah
2 sudu besar kicap pekat
Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Bersihkan beras (bukan dengan air). Keladi dipotong kecil-kecil mengikut sesuka hati. Kacang tanah dibuang kulitnya. Sementara bawang pula ditumbuk lumat. Setelah itu, gaulkan beras yang dibersihkan tadi bersama kicap, kacang tanah, keladi dan udang kering. Kemudian tumiskan bawang di dalam kuali. Apabila sudah naik baunya, masukkan beras bersama bahan-bahan yang digaulkan bersamanya tadi ke dalam kuali tersebut. Goreng sehingga setengah masak. Sesudah itu tuangkan pula bahan-bahan tersebut ke dalam sebuah periuk. Masukkan bersama air dan garam.
