Bahan-Bahan:
Bahan A
4 keping isi ayam(dipotong dadu)
2 sudu tepung gandum
sedikit lada sulah
minyak untuk menggoreng		 Bahan B
2 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar kicap
5-6 tangkai lada kering(dipotong dan direndam air panas)
2-3 sudu besar air tepung jagung
sedikit gula}
sedikit garam} mengikut citarasa

Cara:
cuci ayam sehingga bersih kemudian perap
kan dengan tepung dan lada sulah selama 1 jam.Kemudian digoreng setengah masak.
Ketepikan.
Gunakan sedikit lebihan minyak gorengan ayam. tumis lada kering yang telah direndam tadi. masukkan ayam, sos tiram,kicap,dan lada sulah serta sedikit garam & gula. akhir sekali masukkan air tepung jagung.
Tambahan:
garam jangan terlalu banyak kerana sos tiram biasa nya sudah masin.sekirany hendak berkuah sedikit boleh lah ditambahkan air.
