Bahan-Bahan:
1 labu bawang besar
1 biji ubi kentang (berukuran besar)
2 biji tomato
1 ½ sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh lada sulah
2 helai daun bawang (di cincang)
2 tangkai daun ketumbar
Cara:
Masak stok ayam, bawang besar dan kentang di dalam periuk sederhana besar. Apabila mendidih kecilkan api dan renihkan selama 10 minit. Masukkan tomato dan perasakan secukupnya dan biarkan merenih selama 10 minit. Masukkan daun bawang dan daun ketumbar. Hidangkan panas-panas.
