Pastri Sosej

Bahan-Bahan:
500 gm sosej (dihiris sederhana nipis)
1 labu bawang besar (dicincang)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
300 gm daun bawang
2 biji cili merah
2 biji cili hijau		 200 gm keju Mozella (diparut)
1 sudu teh serbuk lada putih
1 kotak puf pastri
1 biji telur
garam
Cara:
Untuk intinya, panaskan satu sudu besar minyak masak dan tumis bawang hingga garing. Masukkan sosej yang telah dihiris, garam serbuk lada hitam, daun bawang dan kacau hingga adunan mesra. Sejukkan. Potong puff pastri mengikut ukuran 6cm x 6cm. Sapukan telur ke atas pastri dan letakkan intinya. Taburkan keju parut dan bentukkan puf pada bentuk segi tiga. Letak di atas dulang pembakar yang telah disapu mentega, bakar pada suhu 180 darjah Celcius selama 20 minit.
