Ayam Percik Cempaka Sari

Bahan-Bahan:
Sebelah ayam (dipotong empat bahagian)
½ cawan santan pekat
½ cawan susu cair
2 sudu teh gula
Serbuk kunyit
Bahan perasa
Garam		 Bahan dikisar:
3 cm halia
3 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
2 cm lengkuas
¼ sudu teh halba
Cara:
Bersihkan ayam dan tuskan. Gaul, mesrakan dengan bahan yang dikisar, serbuk kunyit serta serbuk perasa dan garam secukupnya. Kemudian perap ayam selama setengah jam. Bakar ayam hingga masak. Untuk sos, panaskan minyak masak dan tumis sebahagian lagi bahan dikisar hingga naikk baunya. Masukkan santan, susu cair dan gula serta garam secukupnya. Biarkan diatas api sederhana hingga mendidih. Tuangkan sos ke atas ayam dan hidangkan.
