Bahan-Bahan:
20 biji pisang Awak masak ranum
300 gm tepung gandum
1 sudu besar pasir
2 sudu besar santan
daun pisang
garam
Cara:
Potong daun pisang berukuran 15 x 15 cm dan layur di atas api hingga layu. Pisang dilecek hingga lumat. Kemudian masukkan tepung sedikit-sedikit bersama-sama gula. Kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan santan dan garam dan kacau lagi. Jika lembik, tambah sedikit tepung. Letakkan 2 sudu besar adunan tadi ke atas daun pisang dan balut memanjang. Lipat kedua-dua belah hujung daun. Seelok-eloknya biarlah sama saiz. Kukus sehingga masak dan hidangkan.
