Bahan-Bahan:
300gm tepung gandum
200gm tepung beras
2 biji telur
300ml air
5gm garam
200gm tapai ubi
2 liter minyak masak
Cara:
1) bancuh tepung gandum, tepung beras,telur,air,garam sehingga sebati
2) bancuhan tadi jgn terlalu pekat dan cair
3) kemudian celup tapai ubi ke dalam acuan tadi dan pastikan adunan melekat pada tapai
4) panaskan minyak,goreng sehingga keperangan.
5) boleh angkat dan dihidangkan
