2. Daging-di rebus.Kemudian di siat halus atau di kisar atau
3. Ikan (paling best-tongkol) –di goreng. Kemudian di siat halus.
Bahan B
1. Bwg merah-tumbuk halus
2. Bwg putih (sedikit)-tumbuk halus
3. Serbuk lada putih/sulah (sedikit)
4. Lada hijau (ikut citarasa-kalau nak pedas, dimayang halus)
5. Telur
6. Kentang-dipotong, kemudian di goreng dan di lenyek
7. Daun sup-dipotong halus
8. Daun bawang-di potong halus
Cara:
Cara
1. Gaul semua bahan B
2. Tambahkan (salah satu ) bahan A. Gaul rata.
3. Perisakan dengan sedikit garam
4. Bentukkan adunan kepada bebola. Leperkan
5. Salut bebola leper dengan telur dan goreng
6. Sedia untuk di makan
Cadangan Hidangan:
Pegedil sedap di makan bersama soto aym atau beehun sup.
Makan bersama sambal kicap pedas!!
