Bahan-Bahan:
200 gm rempah kari
30 gm santan
1 sudu besar sos ikan
1 sudu besar gula
Garam
2 sudu besar minyak masak
Sedikit air		 300 gm daging
30 gm kacang panjang
20 gm cili merah
30 gm rebung
50 gm terung pipit
5 gm daun basil
5 gm daun limau purut
Cara:
Panaskan minyak dan tumis serbuk kari yang bercampur sedikit air. Masukkan santan sedikit air. Kacau sampai mendidih. Masukkan daging dan biar hingga setengah masak, baru masukkan terung, rebung, kacang panjang, daun basil dan daun limau purut. Kacau hingga betul-betul masak. Akhir sekali masukkan garam, sos ikan dan gula. Hidang bersama nasi putih.
