Pak Choy Dan Siput Sudu

Bahan-Bahan:
Bahan sos:
1/3 sudu garam
½ sudu teh gula
½ sudu besar air
1 sudu besar sos tiram
½ sudu teh kicap pekat
½ sudu teh serbuk ayam
½ sudu teh minyak bijan
½ sudu besar tepung jagung
4 batang pak choy
10 keping siput sudu
4 keping cendawan hitam
Cara:
Bersihkan pak choy dan belah tengahnya. Tumis cendawan hitam dengan serbuk ayam. Masukkan pak choy, siput sudu dan kacau sebentar. Susun cantik dalam pinggan. Masak stok ayam dengan mencampurkan semua bahan sos di atas kemudian tuang ke atas pak choy dan cendawan hitam.
