Inti Wantan
1. 4 keping isi daging ayam (ditumbuk halus)
2. 250gram udang basah (ditumbuk halus)
3. Cendawan tiram
4. 1 biji/ 1//2 biji Bawang besar (dicincang halus)
5. 3 ulas Bawang putih (dicincang halus)
6. Daun sup (diracik)		 7. Daun bawang (diracik)
8. Lada hitam (ditumbuk halus)
9. 1 biji telur putih
10. Serbuk lada sulah
11. 1 sudu besar sos tiram
12. 1 sudu kecil sos lea & perrin / sos soya
13. Minyak bijan sedikit
14. Garam dan gula secukup rasa.
Cara:
Gaulkan kesemua bahan di atas sehingga sebati / sekata. Perapkan selama 1/2 jam. Kemudian Ambil kulit wantan dan letakkan intinya serta bunjutkan kulit wantan tersebut. Kemudian goreng sehingga kekuningan. Angkat, sedia untuk dihidangkan.
