Cara:
ikan kembung yang dibersihkan digoreng terlebih dahulu dan asingkan.tumiskan bawang putih,bawang merah,halia,herba campur,dan cili boh.masak sehingga garing.kemudian masukkan kicap masin tadi dan tambahkan air untuk kuah.masukkan gula,air asam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya.biarkan beberapa minit.masukkan ikan yang telah digoreng tadi.sedia dihidang
