Bahan-Bahan:
600 gm mee kuning
300 gm daging lembu
1 bij kelapa diperah ambil santannya
1 sudu besar cili boh
1 biji bawang besar (ditumbuk lumat)
1 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk lumat)
sedikit halia		 3 keping tauhu dipotong (digoreng)
1 biji timun di buang kulit di potong bulat dihiris-hiris
1 batang lobak merah dipotong bulat nipis-nipis
10 biji cili kering digoreng tanpa minyak dan di tumbuk halus
Garam serta serbuk perasa secukupnya
Cara:
Panaskan sedikit minyak di dalam kuali tumiskan semua bahan yang telah di tumbuk.
Masukkan cili boh sambil dikacau hingga agak kering.
Masukkan daging yang telah dipotong kacaukan sedikit sehingga daging empuk.
Tambahkan garam dan masukkan santan sambil dikacau sehingga mendidih.
Masukkan tauhu goreng dan bahan perasa secukupnya
Cadangan Hidangan:
Bahan hiasan telur rebus,taugeh(dicelur)
bawang goreng,daun bawang, asam limau,cili besar(dihiris)
