Bahan-Bahan:
150 gm cendawan hitam
150 gm cendawan batang (straw mushroom)
100 gm jagung muda
50 gm pak choy
50 gm lobak merah
5 gm batang saderi cina
Sedikit minyak bawang putih
150 gm tiram salai		 50 gm remis kering
50 gm kulit tofu
200 ml stok ayam - bahan sos
10 gm gula - bahan sos
1 gm serbuk perasa - bahan sos
5 gm garam - bahan sos
1 gm tepung jagung - bahan sos
10 gm sos tiram - bahan sos
Cara:
Bersihkan dan celur cendawan hitam, cendawan batang, jagung muda, pak choy, lobak merah dan saderi. Setelah masak, basuh dengan air sejuk dan sejat. Tumis sayur tadi dengan minyak bawang putih. Masukkan tiram dan remis. Gaul rata hingga masak. Goreng garing kulit tofu. Ketepikan. Satukan semua bahan-bahan sos dan tuangkan di atas sayur goreng tadi. Hiaskan kulit tofu di atas hidangan.
