Ayam Tegak

Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam(tak potong)
garam secukup rasa
kayu manis 2 paket
minyak masak 		1 labu bawang besar
1 labu bawang putih
cili kering
sos cili
sos tiram
sos tomato(jika perlu)
Cara:
rebus ayam tersebut bersama kayu manis dan masukkan garam secukup rasa.selepas ayam tersebut masak ,keluarkan rebusan ayam tersebut. gorengkan ayam tersebut bersama minyak masak sehingga masak(tidak terlalu garing)dan tapiskan ayam tersebut.

sos: ambil kedua-dua jenis bawang dan cili kering lalu kisarkannya.kemudian tumiskan bersama sos cili,sos tiram ,dan sos tomato.

selepas masak tuangkan keatas ayam goreng tersebut yang diletakkan di pinggan.
Cadangan Hidangan:
makan bersama nasi atau makan begitu sahaja.......
