kacang panjang (potong kecil2)
minyak
garam
bawang merah & putih
ikan bilis
Ajinomoto
telur
Serbuk lada hitam
Cara:
Tumis ikan bilis dan bawang dengan sedikit minyak masak. Setelah naik bau, goreng kacang panjang selama satu minit. Masukkan garam, ajinomoto dan serbuk lada secukup rasa. Last sekali pecah telur dan goreng sampai telur masak.Angkat dan hidang.
Cadangan Hidangan:
Guna kacang panjang bkulit licin.
Boleh tambah baby corn kalau suka.
Tambahan:
Lebihkan sedikit minyak.takut telur melekat pada kuali.
