Bahan-Bahan:
300 gm gula halus
454 gm mentega tanpa garam
6 biji telur ayam		 1 kg tepung serba guna
½ cawan jam raspberi bermutu
½ cawan gula aising
Cara:
Pukul gula bersama mentega hingga kembang. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji diselang-seli dengan tepung hingga semuanya sebati. Canai adunan setebal 1.25 cm dan terap bentuk sama besar tetapi untuk bahagian atasnya dibuat lubang. Bakar 10 minit pada suhu 175'C. Apabila biskut masak angkat biskut dan sejukkan. Sapukan jem raspberi pada biskut tidak berlubang dan tangkupkan dengan biskut berlubang. Ayak sedikit gula aising pada permukaan biskut.
