Bahan-Bahan:
350 coklat masakan, dihiris
225 gm mentega
300 ml air
2 biji putih telur		 4 biji kuning telur
400 gm tepung berserbuk penaik
275 gm gula halus
Cara:
Kacau coklat masakan bersama mentega dan air di atas api perlahan hingga tidak bergentel (gunakan periuk tidak melekat). Biarkan ia suam. Pukul telur hingga kembang di dalam mangkuk besar. Tuangkan bancuhan coklat ke dalam telur sambil diputar sebati. Masukkan tepung dan gula. Putar lagi hingga gebu. Sapu sedikit mentega pada tin kek dan bakar 45 minit pada suhu 170'c atau hingga kek masak. Sejukkan kek 10 minit di dalam tin sebelum dikeluarkan.
