Bahan-Bahan:
2 cawan keju, diparut halus
90 gm mentega tanpa garam
cawan susu cair
150 gm tepung serba guna
120 gm walnut, dicincang halus
2 camca besar serbuk kari
1 camca teh garam
Cara:
Satukan semua bahan dan gaul rata. Tabur sedikit tepung dan bentukkan adunan seperti gulungan bantal. Simpan di dalam peti sejuk beberapa jam. Kemudian hiris adunan membulat kira-kira 1.25 cm tebal. Susun adunan di atas dulang bakar yang dialas kertas minyak. Bakar 10 minit pada suhu 170'C atau hingga kuning.
