Popia Pisang Goreng

Bahan-Bahan:
5 biji pisang berangan
5 keping kulit popia
5 gm serbuk kulit kayu manis
20 gm gula pasir
1 biji telur		 ½ biji kelapa - ambil santan pekat
1 liter aiskrim vanila
1 helai daun pandan
Minyak masak untuk menggoreng
Cara:
Kupas pisang, kemudian taburkan serbuk kulit kayu manis dan sedikit gula pasir di atasnya. Aturkan pisang di atas kulit popia dan gulungkan seperti membuat popia pedas, letakkan dengan telur. Goreng hingga garing. Panaskan santan dan tambahkan gula selebihnya dan daun pandan, kacau hingga masak. Hidangkan bersama aiskrim dan kuah santan.
