Bahan-Bahan:
250 gm campuran span koko (sponge mix)
100 ml air
4 biji gred A		 50 gm mentega cair
Cawan-cawan kertas secukupnya
Sedikit krim mentega dan jem roselle
Cara:
Campurkan semua bahan kecuali mentega cair, pukul selama 10 minit. Mulakan dengan kederasan rendah diikuti dengan kederasan tinggi. Campurkan mentega cair, gaul dengan spatula hingga rata. Isikan dalam mangkuk-mangkuk kertas dan bakar selama 10 hingga 15 minit atau sehingga masak. Apabila sejuk, paipkan krim mentega dan jem roselle di atasnya.
