Bahan-Bahan:
100 g mentega
350 g gula kastor
2 biji telur
240 ml susu segar
550 g tepung
100 g tepung kastard
4 camca teh serbuk penaik
1 camca teh garam
550 g strawberi berkaleng		 Bahan-bahan atasnya:
115 g gula kastor
40 g tepung (soft flour)
½ camca teh serbuk kulit kayu manis
50 g mentega
Cara:
Pukul mentega bersama gula hingga kembang. Masukkan telur, pukul lagi hingga sebati. Kemudian masukkan susu dan kacau. Ayak tepung bersama tepung kastard, serbuk penaik dan garam di dalam adunan tadi. Gaul rata. Masukkan strawberi dan kacau lagi. Tuang adunan ke dalam dulang bakar. Untuk bahagian atasnya pula, satukan semua bahan hingga menjadi serdak. Taburkan di atas adunan sebelum dibakar 45 minit pada suhu 180'C.
