Biskut Mentega Berkacang

Bahan-Bahan:
230 g mentega
340 g gula perang atau merah
2 biji telur
2 camca teh esen vanila
520 g mentega kacang		 300 g tepung gandum, diayak
2 camca besar tepung jagung BROWN & POLSON
1 camca teh soda bikarbonat
1 camca teh garam
Cara:
Pukul mentega bersama gula hingga kembang. Kemudian, masukkan telur dan esen vanila. Setelah itu masukkan mentega kacang dan gaul hingga sebati. Apabila sudah sebati, masukkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung, soda bikarbonat dan garam. Perapkan adunan 30 minit. Setelah itu, bentuk adunan tadi mengikut cita rasa anda. Bakar 12-15 minit di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 180'C.
