Bahan-Bahan:
600 gm pulut
300 gm kelapa		 20 keping daun pisang
Sedikit garam
Cara:
Pulut dicuci bersih, tuskan airnya. Perah santan anggaran 5 gelas dimasukkan dalam periuk dan masuk pulut. Perlahankan api dan masuk garam, kacau pulut sampai kering. Ambil daun pisang letakkan pulut di tengah-tengah, ambil sekeping daun pisang lagi dan balut hingga kemas. Buat sampai habis dan ikat dua-dua berdakap. Kemudian rebus lagi selama 45 minit.
