Puding Roti Kastard

Bahan-Bahan:
1 loaf roti raisin berkeju
1 tin susu sejat
3 biji telur
50gm gula
2 cams tepung kastard
1 camt esen vanila
sedikit golden syrup
sedikit butter
Cara:
1. alas loyang dengan golden syrup(kalau ada honey pun boleh)
2. susun roti yang telah dipotong ke dalam loyang.
3. pukul sebati susu, telur, gula, tepung kastard dan esen vanila.
4. tuang ke dalam loyang, biar seketika supaya roti menyerap adunan susu tadi.
5. letakkan sedikit butter ke atas adunan tadi, bakar selama 20 minit suhu 180 C.
Cadangan Hidangan:
boleh dimakan semasa panas atau sejuk. dimakan bersama whipped krim pun sedap juga.
