Udang Masak Dengan Gajus

Bahan-Bahan:
½ kg Udang Harimau
¼ kg Gajus
Cili kering 10 tangkai (Potong 1 inci)
Bawang putih 3 ulas (Diracik kecil2)
Halia diracik halus
Garam



Sos:
½ cawan sos tomato
2 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar sos chili
3 sudu besar kicap manis
Cara:
1. Gaul udang demgam sedikit gaam & bawang putih. Goreng dang ankat.
2. Goreng gajus hingga rangup dan angkat.
3. Goreng cili kering (sekejap aje beberapa saat) dan angkat.
4. Campurkan bahan2 sos.
5. Tumis bawang putih dan halia.
6. Masukkan sos. Tumis sampai sos pekat sedikit.
7. Masukkan udang goreng. Gaul sampai sebati.
8. Masukkan gajus dan lada kering. Gaul dan angkat.
