Spaghetti ala Malaysia

Bahan-Bahan:
1 paket spagetti

1 tiub daging / ayam cincang (Ramly)

1 botol PREGO (medium)

1 tin tomato puri (medium)

1 ½ senduk minyak masak (the best letak olive oil)

1 tin mushroom button (potong nipis / kiub)

1 biji cili benggala hijau (potong kiub)

1 jambak bunga kobis (potong kecil2)

1 senduk sos tomato		 1 senduk sos cili

1 sudu kecil worcheister sos (brand Lea Perrins) - NOT COMPULSARY

2 senduk cili blender (cili kering, bawang merah & bawang putih ‘blend’ dulu)

2 biji tomato (potong kiub)

2 batang carrot (potong nipis / kiub)

2 kiub ayam @ 2 sudu besar serbuk ayam (any brand pun boleh)

Garam (secukup rasa)

Gula (secukup rasa)

Serbuk lada hitam (secukup rasa)

Air (Adjust kepekatan dia)
Cara:
1. Panaskan air (1/2 periuk), tambah sedikit minyak masak (1 sudu besa) dan garam (1 scoop kecil).
2. Bila air mendidih masukkan spaghetti.
3. Angkat spaghetti bila dah agak kembang.
4. Panaskan minyak masak (1 1/2 senduk tadi).-
5. Tumis cili blender sampai masak.
6. Masukkan daging / ayam cincang tadi (gaulkan biar dia agak masak)
7. Masukkan tomato puri, PREGO, kiub @ serbuk ayam dan air (to be adjusted), biarkan mendidih.
8. Bila mendidih masukkan carrot, mushroom dan tomato kiub.
9. Masukkan cili benggala dan bunga kubis, biarkan mendidih.
10. Tambah serbuk lada hitam, sos worcheister (if ada) garam dan gula secukup rasa.

Cadangan Hidangan:
boleh letak daun sup n daun bawang as hiasan @ tambah cheese powder @ Prego Cheese and Herbs
