2 kg daging lembu atau daging kambing kisar
1 camca teh jintan putih
2 camca teh paprika
1 camca besar serbuk cili
1 camca teh serbuk kulit kayu manis
Garam dan serbuk lada sulah secukupnya
1 biji telur, dipukul
2 cawan parsli-dicincang
1 biji bawang besar-dicincang
2 cawan daun ketumbar-dicincang
Cara:
Satukan semua bahan bersama daging dan perap sejam. Kepal daging sebesar sebiji telur dan lekatkan pada besi panggang. Tekan perlahan-lahan supaya tidak lerai. Panggang daging menggunakan bara api.
