Bahan-Bahan:
600 gm tepung pulut
1 biji kelapa muda - diparut
3 cawan air		 1 keping gula enau
3 cawan gula pasir
2 helai daun pandan
Cara:
Tepung dibancuh dengan air garam, diuli sebati dan bentukkan sebesar guli dan dileperkan tengahnya. Masak air dalam periuk hingga mendidih kemudian masukkan adunan yang telah dibentuk tadi. Setelah ia timbul barulah diangkat dan masukkan ke dalam bekas yang berisi air sejuk. Masukkan 3 cawan air ke dalam periuk, campurkan gula enau dan gula pasir, daun pandan, masak hingga gula hancur. Angkat dan tapis. Masak semula air gula yang telah ditapis hingga mendidih, masukkan kelapa parut. Kacau selalu, selepas itu masukkan bentuk-bentuk adunan yang telah dituskan. Kacau lagi dan bolehlah diangkat.
