Bahan-Bahan:
100 gm mentega
110 gm gula perang
½ biji kulit limau
Secubit garam
3 biji telur		 20 ml susu segar
160 gm tepung
4 gm baking powder
1 gm serbuk kulit kayu manis
160 gm buah-buahan kering campuran
Cara:
Ayak tepung bersama baking powder dan kulit kayu manis, ketepikan. Pukul mentega bersama gula perang, kulit limau dan garam. Tambahkan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan pukul lagi. Campurkan susu segar, perlahan-lahan masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah diayak. Kacau perlahan hingga sebati dan masukkan buah-buahan campuran. Kacau lagi hingga sebati sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam bekas. Bakar pada suhu 180'C dalam masa 40 hingga 50 minit.
