Bahan-Bahan:
100 gm pisang lemak manis-dilecek
10 gm agar-agar serbuk
150 ml susu rendah lemak
30 gm kastard
800 ml air
100 gm kismis
5 ml esen vanila
Cara:
Agar-agar dimasak dengan air hingga mendidih. Masukkan pisang, esen vanila, adunan susu kastard dan masak hingga kelihatan berkilat. Masukkan kismis dan biarkan mendidih di atas dapur hingga kismis kelihatan kembang barulah dituangkan ke dalam acuan. Bekukan di dalam peti sejuk sebelum dihidangkan.
