Spritz Gula Strawberi

Bahan-Bahan:
250 gm mentega
125 gm gula serbuk
1 biji telur
½ sudu teh perisa strawberi
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Sedikit pewarna kuning
180 gm tepung halus
40 gm tepung kastard
15 gm tepung jagung
¼ sudu teh garam		 Bahan-bahan gula hiasan (dikacau sebati) :
4 sudu besar gula kastor
½ sudu teh perisa strawberi
Sedikit pewarna merah jambu
Cara:
Putar mentega bersama gula serbuk hingga ia kembang. Masukkan telur bersama perisa strawberi, esen vanila dan pewarna kuning. Putar ia sebentar. Masukkan tepung halus bersama tepung kastard, tepung jagung dan garam. Uli adunan hingga ia sebati. Masukkan adunan di dalam acuan semperit atau sepertinya. Tekan adunan 5 cm panjang di atas tin bakar yang dilengser dengan sedikit mentega. Buat hingga habis adunan. Tabur sedikit gula hiasan di atasnya. Bakar ia pada suhu 180C selama 15-20 minit. Simpan biskut di dalam bekas kedap udara.
