Bahan-Bahan:
50 gm mentega
450 gm timun, dipotong dadu kecil
100 gm daun bawang, dihiris
50 gm bawang besar, dimayang
25 gm tepung, gandum		 1 liter air rebusan ayam
100 ml single cream
Garam secukup rasa
Serbuk lada sulah secukup rasa
Cara:
Cairkan mentega di dalam periuk. Masukkan timun, daun bawang dan bawang besar. Tumis hingga layu. Masukkan tepung dan tuangkan air rebusan ayam sedikit demi sedikit. Masak hingga mendidih. Kemudian kisar dan tapis menggunakan tapis halus. Panaskan semula dan tuangkan single cream. Masukkan garam dan serbuk lada sulah secukupnya.
